The only way to find out for sure is to replace the power supply first because it&#039;s cheaper than replacing a motherboard and if it still does not come on, then it&#039;s most likely your motherboard. Don&#039;t pay your local repair shop the diagnostic fee, tell them what I write here and save you some money.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It could be two things.
