    It could be two things. It could be a motherboard problem or a power supply problem. The only way to find out for sure is to replace the power supply first because it’s cheaper than replacing a motherboard and if it still does not come on, then it’s most likely your motherboard. Don’t pay your local repair shop the diagnostic fee, tell them what I write here and save you some money.
