How it works?
1. Click on the remote support button below. Click “run” to install our support software. Follow the on-screen installation. At the end of the install (less than a minute), you will be provided with a “PARTNER ID” and “PASSWORD” for your security. Write down both of them.

2. Fill out the form below and describe the problem you are having with your computer. In your description, provide us with the ID and PASSWORD given to you by the remote program otherwise we cannot connect to fix your computer.

3. An agent will contact you and get a bit more information about your problem. An invoice will be sent to you. Once your payment is received, the agent will connect to your computer to fix your problem.
